My story

My first race (not counting clandestine ones we used to do in the village) was the Rally of Graglia in 2001, one for youngsters. Then in 2003, with the first piece, I started running in Udace doing XC. The first year I have won almost everything, regional, provincial championships and the Italian Championship. In 2005 the passage in FCI with Team Prina, and there came the first call on the representative of the Piedmont region. The following year I changed in Team Dayco. In the second year Junior I got the first satisfaction with the 3rd place at the Grand Prix of winter. The year went well and so at the end of the year came the call from the Giant Team Italy … the 2008 was the first year from Under 23 and thanks to teammates learned a lot taking some small satisfaction! In the 2009 step to run for Team Gebi with Wilier bike and I am back to 3rd place in the Gran Prix of winter, 3rd in the Internazionali of Italy and I win the Challenge Junior.

In 2010 I start working so I have little time to training. I have a weekend off, so I take this opportunity to do my first Enduro race. Rosas Bike, a bike shop, loan me a bike so i did the race. With surprise I won the category and I’m 3st place overall! It’s love. … From then on I did the whole season doing both XC and Enduro. In the 2011 I go running in Rosas Bike pointing only to the Enduro races. I get good results in absolute, including winning the Italian Championship of category, elite Master. At the end of the year comes the proposal from FRM to dedicate only to bicycle, an offer he couldn’t refuse, and so here I am, with victory in the Italian champion’s Jersey Elite 2013 and 18° place in the Enduro World series! The 2014 is another good year winning again the national championship.The 2015 was a year with some injuries but despite this I can confirm Italian Champion for the third time in a row. In the EWS out 36 ever getting two top30 and some excellent results in the individual ps.

HOW DID IT GO

The season has been a bit ‘of ups and downs …

I am very happy to have won for the third consecutive time the title of Italian Champion and to be able to get some good results in the EWS, both in the individual special stages in the final standings of the stage.

I was also a bit ‘unlucky with 3 injuries that have put me out of the game in the Italian Cup when I was leader of the circuit and the Enduro World Series did not allow me to conclude in the TOP30.

HOW DID IT GO

FI finish the season very happy to have won my second jersey of Italian Champion !!!

It ‘been a good season where I have traveled a lot doing a lot of experience and close little out of 30 in EWS gives me hope for the next year because I learned a lot.

2nd place at the Roc d’Azur and 20 th overall in Finale Ligure make me finish the season nice load!

HOW DID IT GO

It was really exciting to win for the first time the tricolor jersey !!!

The beginning of the season has been very good where I close just outside the top 10 in the first EWS in history!

News was a year nice and firm where I did well in races in Italy but I suffered a bit ‘in those abroad with different race format! It ‘was a sight to travel and go running in America and Canada, where it was all new to me!
